Achieving Best Evidence
Achieving Best Evidence (ABE) is the national protocol for interviewing children and vulnerable adults as part of a criminal investigation.
Provide an overview of the legislation and latest ABE guidance in interviewing children and vulnerable adults.
Safeguarding Children or Adults
The course has been designed to cover all aspects of Safeguarding Children, including enhancing staff knowledge and awareness of up to date legislation and guidance and focuses on the ability of staff to recognise and appropriately respond to various safeguarding issues.
Child Criminal Exploitation
To improve knowledge, awareness and understanding of all matters relating to child criminal exploitation, including the risks children face outside the home for example, ‘county lines’.
