Andy Smith is a retired Detective Superintendent after serving 25 years in Cheshire police. The last 6 years have been spent in recruitment in the peel solutions group law enforcement department. Andy is sure to build great connections with both candidates and clients. Some of the skills that he brings from his time in the force are honesty, integrity, resilience and Interpersonal communication.

Emma Conneely has worked in accounting for her whole working life. Starting off in admin she has worked her way up through the ranks to Head of payroll and Accounts. With 11 years experience in the field, Emma is well aware of the problems that could arise in recruitment payroll and she tackles these head first before it can happen.

Martin, a former senior police officer from the Metropolitan Police Service, brings over thirty years of exemplary service to his role as a Senior Policing Consultant. Having risen to the rank of Chief Inspector, Martin is a certified AgilePM, Lean Six Sigma, and Business Change professional. His expertise in data analysis, project delivery, and business transformation practices underscores his commitment to excellence and innovation.

Lesley, an accomplished Senior Policing Consultant, leverages over three decades of policing expertise in her role. She retired at the rank of superintendent. As a certified Prince2 professional, she has a distinguished track record in safeguarding, operational policing, and project management. Her strategic leadership has consistently enhanced service delivery in her areas of influence. Committed to diversity, inclusion, and community safety, Lesley’s contributions are invaluable to our team.

Mark Morgan

Mark Morgan

Strategic Policing Consultant

With over 30 years law enforcement experience, Mark’s policing tenure has spanned regional, national and international roles. He has held across a number of high-profile roles within policing, including OCU Commander Head of Homicide and Specialist Crime at the MPS. He has delivered improvement work nationally and internationally across investigations, intelligence and counter terrorism. Mark brings a unique perspective on strategic policing demands to enhance our team’s and clients performance.
