Hardworking, reliable, and dedicated are three words the Peel team would choose to describe Her. Joining the team in 2018 as a Resourcer, Rachael had no prior experience in the compliance sector but had a strong customer service background. She decided she wanted to help more with compliance and began to learn everything she could about it off her own back. She found ways to make the process more efficient and organised the files better than they had ever been. Rachael made the role her own and she became so productive within the role that her efforts were confirmed with 100{2f5840df7cad5cef8516045bf5c83cf9550de338e8e836c189eefa8f44836af0} audits.
