The Modern Slavery Act 2015 means that certain commercial organisations or companies are employers must take proactive steps to identify and prevent exploitation within their operations and supply chains. Without the right training, businesses face risks of non-compliance, reputational damage, and ethical breaches.

Understanding Modern Slavery: Basic Awareness
To provide those, who may come into contact with any aspect of Modern Slavery, with the knowledge and understanding they will require to identify, recognise and act upon situations they suspect may be subject to Modern Slavery.
Understanding Modern Slavery: Commercial Organisations
To provide commercial organisations or companies with the knowledge to comply with the legal obligations placed upon them under the Act and to provide them with an understanding of the actions they can take to combat Modern Slavery.
Understanding Modern Slavery: First Responders
To provide first responders, with the knowledge and understanding they will require to carry out their responsibilities effectively and to be confident of using and understanding the National Referral Mechanism.
Understanding Modern Slavery: Investigations
To provide those, who will be carrying out the investigation of Modern Slavery offences, with the knowledge and understanding they will require to carry out their investigative responsibilities to both the victim and the offender effectively and lawfully.
