As with any business operating in a competitive market, members of the management team are conscious that for their success to continue they need to stay ahead of their competition. As part of their continued growth plans, the team at Exchequer recently attended a commercial intelligence training course with Peel Solutions.
The training looked at gathering and sourcing commercial intelligence. It was predominantly theory based and provided advice and guidance on how to carry out competitor and environmental analysis. The training course also looked at how to gain useful insights from the data gathered and how to utilise commercial intelligence to inform strategic plans and decisions.
The course was attended by all the managers from different departments within Exchequer Solutions and was delivered by our expert trainer Andy Orriell.
