If you’ve given us a call in the past week you may have noted a distinct Scottish accent on one of our colleagues. 👀 This is Lucia, our new Senior Specialist Recruiter. She will be helping serving, ex and retired police find work after leaving the force and she is already proving a hit with the candidates and clients alike.
She has a strong background in recruitment and her people skills are beyond expectations. After just a week with us we can already tell what an asset Lucia is to the office and the team. 😊
